If you grow or add a location, we go over your quote together.
- How many students you teachThe biggest factor. Tutors, parents and students all get an account, and there is no charge per login.
- How many locations you runEach place you teach from.
- How much help you want moving inSetup, importing your families and tutors, and training. Any setup or import fee is listed separately in your quote.

Contract terms
Set in your quote, in writing.
Your quote states the monthly fee, any setup or import fee, the contract length and notice period, and how long we stay closely involved after you go live.

Why isn't there a price list?
We're setting prices with our first centers, so each center gets a figure based on its size rather than a plan it has to fit into.
Does the price go up with more tutors or parents?
No. Accounts for tutors, parents and students aren't charged one by one. The number of students you teach is what the quote is mainly based on.
Do you take a share of what parents pay?
No. When parents pay by card, Stripe charges its own fee; MeetMyTutor adds nothing on top. Cash, bank transfers and checks are recorded at no cost.
Can we try it before asking for a price?

Does MeetMyTutor handle tax and 1099s for tutors?
A center sets one tax line on its payment requests. The software does not work out sales tax by state or file 1099 forms, so keep your accountant for those. See Compliance.
